All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Maritime Arms, LLC are final. We do not allow any returns or exchanges.

Online Price & Description Discrepancies

Because our inventory is constantly changing, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are 100% accurate or that the online inventory matches what is in stock.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Firearm Legality

It is up to you to ensure that the firearm (or any other restricted item) you are purchasing is legal within of your state of residence.

Ammunition Purchases

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.

Firearms Shipping

All Firearms purchased online MUST be sent to an FFL.  No exceptions

Payment Methods:

We accept all forms of credit cards and checks.  For checks, they will have to clear before an item is shipped.
